1st Christmas

So I have found a new site to play along with. I have thoroughly enjoyed the friends, sketches, and prizes I have found over at Sketches4all. This month the November sketch from the Get Sketchy group was a great inspiration. It was designed by  Liz Qualman.

So the challenge is to creat a layout using this sketch and a Christmas theme.
I have been working on a baby album for a good friend of mine's soon-to-be granddaughter. This was the perfect sketch for her 1st Christmas page! So here is what I have come up with.......

Come play along and join in on all the fun!!!!!

Let's play!

So this month I am hosting a card challenge over at MSW! Here is the link:

B is for Butterflies

Yesterday was our second day over at the ABC Crop on MSW. So the challenge is to make a card using 2 butterflies. Here is the beautiful example from Vicki.....

Mine is definitely not a gorgeous as this card is, but I gave it a go. I gave it a go and played around with a few. My pic isn't that great because I am having to take them inside due to all the rain from TS Lee. It's nothing bad, just some rain and a few wind gusts. Here are 2 different views of the card.

Used:

Spellbinders Impressabilities Butterfly
used it as a stencil as well Smooch Pink Sprinkle
Spellbinders Donna Salazaar Fanciful Flight

Hope y'all enjoy my creations! Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with for this challenge!

And so the story begins....

First of all. Sorry the pics aren't very good quality. My dad's computer has absolutely no editing software so these were taken directly from my Iphone.

So for the August sketch from MySketchWorld. I decided to use EP Little Boy along with some thickers and mini alphas and stickles. I added my own touches to the sketch but think it came out pretty darn good. So here is the sketch from Lucy.

Well here is my take on it. I didn't have 3 small pics so I used 2 larger ones. I added a circle in the background instead of the square. I had a lot of fun playing with this one!

Close ups:

Thanks for looking! I hope y'all enjoy this one. It turned out very cute. Just wish I had my laptop.
Glad to be back scrapping again!!!
